At MUERTE INC, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
